Final Regular Season Dual

The Knights defeated the Blue Jackets from Cambridge-Isanti. This was the final regular season dual meet for the Knights. The Knights victory improved them to a final record of 21-4. The Knights will look to protect their 5AAA title from last year this upcoming weekend. The Knights will host the team portion of sections at Middle School West.


Last Friday knight, the wrestlers took down the Saints from St. Francis by a score of 42-21. With the win, the Knights became the 2018 Mississippi 8 conference champions.  Isaiah Mlsna, Brandon Psyk, and Patrick McKee all won by fall on the knight. Mississippi 8 Conference Tournament!

Last night, the Knights competed in the individual portion of the conference tournament. Among the 10 schools in the Mississippi 8, The Knights won with a total score of 239.0. Second place  was Cambridge-Isanti with 191.0, 3rd was Big Lake with 151.0. The top three wrestlers at each weight class receive all-conference honors. #106 Isaiah Mlsna


The wrestling team had a big weekend! Starting on Friday, the Knights defeated the Royals from Rogers 65-3. The next day, the team traveled to compete in the East Ridge Ruckus. At this 18 team individual tournament, the Knights won with 231 points, beating Waconia by 21 points. Patrick McKee was nominated as the tournament’s

Monticello Duals

The Knights competed this past weekend at the Monticello Duals. The Knights finished as runner-ups for the tournament. In round 1, the Knights defeated Bemidji 42-19. In round  2 the Knights beat a section opponent, Wayzata 65-3. In the 3rd round, the Knights beat #5 Willmar 34-27. In the finals, the Knights fell to the

Last night the Knights Wrestling team took to the mat against a conference and section opponent. The #4 ranked Knights first wrestled against the Magic from Monticello. The Knights won 74-6. Wins over Panthers and Tigers!

Last Friday and Saturday, the wrestlers had two impressive dual victories. The #4 ranked Knights first traveled to Jordan, MN to take on the #3 in AA Panthers from Scott West. The Knights won 31-19! Among the many great matches, Patrick McKee dominated the #2 ranked opponent 16-3 and Dylan Hanson scored an upset victory

The Clash

This past weekend the Knights were in Rochester for The Clash National Wrestling Duals. The #4 ranked Knights set off against opponents from across the nation for 6 duals. The Knights went 4-2 and finished as runner-ups in the 3rd bracket. The Knights had victories over Commerce(GA), Wasatch (UT), Vacaville (CA), and Forest Lake (MN).
