The Knights scored the last 9 points of the game against the Elks to post their 18th win of the season. The game was one of runs, with 14 lead changes and 7 ties in 36 minutes of play. In the first half, the Elks built a 7 point lead (27-20) before the Knights went on a 11-2 run of their own. The Elks then closed the half with a 10-4 run to hold a 39-35 lead at halftime. The Elks started the second half with a steal and layup, but the Knights quickly responded and scored 9 unanswered points to take a 44-41 lead. With under 3 minutes remaining, the Elks held a 67-60 lead. In the final minutes, Kenzie Kramer hit a shot, followed by a floater in the lane by Kendal Cox. With under a minute to go, Kramer forced a turnover at half court and hit a 3-point shot in transition. On the ensuing play, Cox took a charge in the lane to give the Knights possession with the two teams tied at 67. After a timeout, the Knights ran a drawn up play to perfection and Kramer scored a lay-up to give the Knights a 69-67 lead. The final play of the game was a block by Cox in transition to give the Knights the win over section opponent, Elk River.
