The girls improve their record to 4-2 with a big win over Section opponent, Elk River! The Knights led from the opening tip to the final buzzer. In the first half, they built an 18 point lead before the Elks went on a 9-3 run to close the gap to 37-25 at halftime. In the second half, the closest the Elks got was 10 points and the biggest Knights’ lead was 22. The final score was 63-48 in favor of the Knights! Lily Tennyson scored 11 first half points to provide a nice spark for the Knights! Kenzie Kramer and Tessa Johnson scored 20 and 14 respectively. Kendal Cox and Vanessa Alexander controlled the boards, combining for 12 rebounds. Johnson and Tennyson each had 4 boards.
CONGRATULATIONS  to Kenzie Kramer for breaking the school record for made 3 pointers in a career with 240!
