Boys Varsity Track, Girls Varsity Track · Track & Field Workouts (March 18-29)

Track & Field Athletes: We hope this message finds you safe and healthy.  While away from school/practice, the T&F coaching staff encourages you to be physically active in preparation for the anticipated start of our season.  Please do NOT organize as workout groups during this time, keeping in mind the recommendation of social distancing.  Also, school facilities will NOT be available to use during this time.  Coaches are currently putting together suggested event area workouts and they will be available to you later during the evening of Tuesday, March 17 on the website, on the Girls Varsity Page (both Boys and Girls workouts will be posted there). The goal of these workouts is to build strength and flexibility, and to establish somewhat of a base level of fitness from which to build when official practices begin.  Best of luck to you, modify workouts where necessary, and good health to you and your family!  Email girls’ Coach Jason Massmann @ or boys’ Coach Curtis Hahn at with questions.
